Thanks to the rediscovery and the improvement of the area, the attention and passion for the production of extra vergine olive oil, the efficient breeding of Tuscan autochthonous stocks, from Maremma horses to Livornese and Valdarno poultry, Settemerli Farm is an head office of important ecocompatible activities, always respecting the natural enviroment and local traditions.

Maremma horses's breeding, which include both brood-mares and stallions, is oriented above all for the selection of racehorses. Here, there is also an excellent board for horses, which will be nursed by our professional staff.
